Dr. Sebastian Glatt, Dr. Jonathan Heddle, and Dr. Kenji Yamada shared their experience of establishing a research group in Poland in Malopolska Centre of Biotechnology. Another three young investigators – Dr. Katarzyna Tarnawska, Dr. Monika Gaik, and Dr. Przemysław Grudnik explained the reasons for returning to their home country after years spent abroad.
