In 2011 I graduated from the University of Agriculture in Krakow in the field of biotechnology, following which I became a PhD student at the Department of Plant Cytology and Embryology of the Jagiellonian University. My research focused on investigating sex ratio in a dioecious plant species with the use of molecular markers. After defending my PhD thesis in 2016 I became a Technical Assistant at Max Planck Research group in Malopolska Centre of Biotechnology. I am tasked mainly with tRNA production and molecular cloning.
